The hotel is about 300 ft away from the Tran Hung Dao street, so the advantage is it's less noisy, but guests taking tour buses need to walk about 300 ft to get to the hotel.
The hotel is well maintained, the breakfast room is spacious enough and clean, as well as the room. Mine is on the 6th floor with a great ocean view and a balcony. The staff was excellent, helpful, and welcoming. The only negative point is the noise from other guests on the same floor. Kids and even adults at times,, screamed, not sure whether it was the frequent heated debates or just being rude. Also, on the 7th floor, there may be a pool or something and each morning, it flushed, and it was so loud for a couple of hours. If not for the noise, it would have been a great stay. I did enjoy my stay, though.
