Fully renovated apartment in a duplex mountain spirit of 42 m2 on the 5th floor with a sublime view of La Cime de Caron.e.- In the living room, a sofa will welcome you for family evenings in front of the TV and a table for 6 people to share all your meals together. - No sleeping in the living room, the night space is upstairs (height under ceiling of 1.80 and 1.85m). There are 3 night spaces with two double beds and two bunk beds (one bedroom, one cabin and one night space on the landing).- In the kitchen you will find: microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee makers and Nespresso, toaster and kettle. - The bathroom is equipped with a shower with thermostatic taps, a towel dryer and a hairdryer. The toilets are separated.- From the south-east facing balcony, the view is clear on the mountain, from the Cime de Caron to the Pointe de la Masse.- A spacious private ski locker is at your disposal on the ground floor of the residence.Located in the Silveralp residence in the quietest part of the resort. Residence completely renovated during summer 2015. 10 m from the slopes, accessible to beginners by ski or by lift just opposite the residence, you are also close to shops, day care, parking, equipment renters and the 3 ski schools. Just cross the street to buy the morning croissants!

Unfortunately, due to the extremely thin walls, we could hear every drip of water, every phone notification, and every movement of our neighbors, which resulted in an extremely poor quality of sleep. This is particularly problematic if you plan to ski or snowboard — especially at this altitude — not to mention the general need for proper rest...
