It also includes a bathroom with basin, washing machine and separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge/freezer, new induction plate, hood, oven, microwave, toaster, TASSIMO coffee maker, kettle, etc.) to prepare your meals easily.The living/dining room, friendly and bright, has a sofa, TV, Hi-Fi and Wi-Fi. The master bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm bed, a closet and a dresser for comfort.The living room opens onto a terrace of 18 m2, ideal for eating or relaxing while listening to the song of birds. Two Chilean women are also at your disposal to enjoy the quiet of the little frequented driveway.The apartment has 2 private air parking spaces. It is a 5-minute walk from the beach, close to the tennis and thalasso d'Arcachon, and only a 20-minute walk from the Moulleau. A quiet and practical setting for a pleasant stay.House linen not provided but optional possible and pets not allowed, non smoking accommodation.Unless otherwise stated:Linen is not provided.
