The staff were great! Answered all questions beforehand during the stay (even informed me I forgot an adapter!) the location for ferry transfer is perfect and if you have a few minutes, visit their museum

Very comfortable overnight stay the night before a ferry to Tioman. Excellent communication in advance regarding self-check in, so all went perfectly smoothly. Room was small but no problem for a couple with luggage. Good air-con and clean bathroom and toilet. The complimentary water and snacks were also appreciated. Fantastic value for the price paid, would highly recommend!

Communication was great and helped us organise transport to and from Singapore airport. Close walk to jetty.

- Good option if you want a single night in Mersing before you embark the ferry or after coming back from Tioman
- The blanket did not have sheet
- No natural light or windows
- Stairs were pretty steep
