Location is excellent.
Nice building.
It’s in the perfect place to explore Montmartre and Paris as a whole, since the Metro station is like 1-2 minutes away.
Sound insulation is poor, so you hear everyone who walks by and talks. This wouldn’t be so bad by itself, but the apartment is by an elevator and a walkthrough passage.
Some of the dishes were left dirty for us.
Some appliances and the vent in the shower had plenty of dust (uncleaned).
No A/C.

L'emplacement du studio est idéal , à 2 pas de la place des Abbesses , quartier vivant avec restaurants , cafés, brasseries.
Boulangerie proche pour le petit déjeuner. Le studio est au RdC d'un joli immeuble avec vue sur une cour interieure..L'immeuble est calme . Le studio est bien aménagé avec tout le nécessaire . Idéal pour 2 , possible avec 1 enfant ( matelas gonflable d'appoint ).
Sdb avec une grande douche .Propriétaire très aimable et disponible pour répondre à nos questions.
