Small house outside of the closed old city but still very central (only 10'-15' by foot).
Nice, quiet, clean, spacious and very well equipped apartment with a nice big terrace on the roof and 3 independent bedrooms.
The beds were OK, the AC and the wifi worked well.
Close by is the supermarket Valalta and the Skatuleta burger (150m)
The apartment does not have any parking. The owner told us to park in a little street next to the apartment (Ul. Ruže Petrović or Ul. Angelinijeva) but it was always full and we never found any place to park there during our stay.
You can park in the Vijenac braće Lorenzetto parking that is 100m from the apartment but it's expensive (25€ per day).
The water heater stop working after 1 day so we had to take cold shower for the rest the stay.
The doors are very difficult to open & close during the daytime (when the sun hit the door), OK in the morning or in the evening.
A little bit overpriced.
