The location of this property to the city centre was ideal, and as one of our party arrived by train it was a pleasant surprise to find it was only a 5 minute walk away!
Unfortunately, ABSOLUTELY no fault of the owners the business next door were having ground works done - which started at 7.30am on the Saturday morning! Not a great way to start a relaxing weekend. The work continued in the Sunday unfortunately.
Whilst the location is fab, it is worth noting that the buildings opposite are businesses and therefore it can be noisy at times.

Good communication and all queries answered promptly. Good location with short walk into town, comfortable and well equipped kitchen and lounge. Nice to have hot tub.

Location is brilliant, pleased we were able to stay longer. The outside garden area was a lovely space
It was rather hot in the bedrooms during the heatwave.

Excellent location near railway station and town centre. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom.
Wasn't given code for key lockbox. Had to ring doorbell which fortunately was answered remotely. No instruction file. Had to contact host a second time for WiFi code. (Missed very small label in hall.) Had to email host for instructions on central hearting and use of TV. When oven didn't work (no electricity to hood & oven although the only labelled switch was on) felt we couldn't contact a fourth time. A file would have info on all these matters plus instructions re rubbish collection etc and manuals for all equipment. The stair carpet needs cleaning/replacing. Some of the furniture is shabby. The kitchen is dark, missing a central light. The living room is also dark. There is no provision for clothes storage in bedroom 2. No soap in kitchen for hand-washing. No tablets for dishwasher.
