Beautiful modern property. Well equipped for our short stay. Would definitely book again. Also brilliant response from the owner after my husband left something behind. The cleaner found it and posted it to him.
There was no non slip mat for the shower tray, which became quite slippery when wet and was not safe for my 90 year old mother in law to use. There was no bath mat in the shower room again which was unsafe and we had to use a towel instead.

Amazing stay in Sea Breeze house. Clean and cozy house, located very close to the beach and short 10-15 minutes ( depends how fast you walk 😉) to town center.
I would recommend this house to everyone!
I would maybe add some garden furniture to seat in the garden.

Spacious, clean house with easy parking and access to the beach. Small supermarket around the corner and short walk into Skegness. Didn’t need to use the car as everywhere was easy to get to on foot. Host was very good with communication. Would definitely stay again although garden furniture would make the outside space more usable.
