We were attending a wedding in NYC and opted to be together, as a family rather than renting numerous hotel rooms. There was plenty of room for the five of us (all adults for reference). I had hoped having just one bathroom would not be a problem, and it was not. The apartment was very clean. Fresh linens. Comfortable furnishings.
The host was WONDERFUL! Very communicative from booking-throughout our visit. She was very flexible with an early check-in option if necessary due to our early arrival.
Luckily we encountered very nice weather during our stay. I’m not sure how comfortable the temperature would have been in the areas that did not have window units.

The location is phenomenal being right at midtown made travelling throughout Manhattan very enjoyable and seamless. The 3BR layout is great too for hosting a big group; also the individual rooms made it good for privacy and space. Great living space good for 5+ people thank you

Very Clean and well kept Apartment
Handy Location but also far enough from the CBD to be away from the noise
Wi-Fi was provided even though it was missing in the description, which was amazing!
Very Generously we were able to stay on site until our flight, later in the day which was great!
The Communications leading up to our stay were a bit confusing, as the address and key pickup location kept changing.
Would be great to have an Iron or Hairdryer on site
Airconditioning was only in 2 bedrooms, so not ideal for the 3rd bedroom in Summer sadly if you are closing bedroom doors at night

Good location.
Never told us that it was a 4th floor. With no elevator, I did the trip for my mom who is 85 yr old . If I knew it was 4th floor and no elevator, I would have not chosen this place.
