Limpeza precária e falta de segurança para crianças

É em uma boa localização e a casa é bonita.

O principal problema foi a falta de limpeza. O café da manhã é servido em mesas sujas e a área onde as louças são lavadas e os alimentos preparados passa uma impressão ruim de higiene. A casa também tem pouca área de convivência: há apenas um pequeno sofá na sala e praticamente nenhum espaço para socializar em grupo. Além disso, a vedação é ruim, com assobios de vento durante a noite. Por fim, o local não parece seguro para crianças. O parapeito da varanda tem uma abertura grande na parte inferior, criando risco de queda do segundo andar.
