A small hotel in a convenient location at the entrance to Assagao and Anjuna. Very helpful staff and a good sized room with a comfy bed and good pillows. The wifi is good too. Some very tasty restaurants a few steps steps away. The small pool and sitting area was a bonus.
Best to hire a scooter as it’s not easy to get anywhere from the hotel on foot without transport.

I liked how they did not cancel the reservation even though we were late.
There was cockroach in our room that came from kettle.

Very friendly. Room was a good size and clean.
It’s a budget-friendly hotel and meets the need excellently.
Very noisy. There was some kind of pump upstairs that made a regular loud noise. It was okay with earplugs, but between that and the traffic
