Our flat was quite big, on the 3rd floor, so near the kitchen and laundry. Both of them are provided with all kind of stuff you need and even more: washing machine, dryer, kettle, microwave and a little oven. The room is perfect for two people.
It’s near Busan Station (yes, there are stairs but just in case you can call a Uber), there are some convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Would totally recommend it! The host was very nice, I asked for a second pillow and he came immediately.
Nothing, yes the stairs are exhausting but stairs are everything in Busan, I kind of get used to them.

The house is very well situated, 6-7 min by foot from Busan station, from there you can easily go everywhere. You enter by a digi code provided in advance. The house is nicely decorated , very clean and tidy. Everything is provided, one feels like at home. All the equipment in the kitchen is high quality and looks like just bought. The kitchen is maintainrd perfectly clean. Water, coffee and tea (even Camilla herb tea) provided. There is a real bathroom, confortable bed, no outside noise. The host is so kind and attentive. I can recommend staying in this place and visiting from here the nearby cities like Gyeongju or other. Big thanks to the host for providing us high quality stay at good price.

Close to transport and china town.
Comfortable bed with nice view.
