Everything! It really is a little gem. The three most important things for us were perfect: bed very comfortable, water pressure and temperature of shower was great, sitting room had a very comfortable settee (it’s amazing how many self catering properties try and get away with sparse and uncomfortable sitting area!).
Could have done with the Kings Head being open for a Saturday evening drink!

Property was in lovely village close to beautiful town of Oundle.
Property was very clean and spacious with use of lovely garden.
Property had bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen/diner so was excellent value.
Village pub didn’t serve meals.
Only being able to watch TV by apps was a bit tricky.
No freezer section to refrigerator. We like to freeze our freezer blocks to go shopping on warm days.

Very well apponted and immaculate
Given exceptional heat the kitchen was very warm! Blame climate change, there was however a stand alone air conditioner.
