El desayuno era excelente, la ubicación del hotel es al lado del mar, pero la playa mas cercana está a dos cuadras. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca, y se puede tomar las excursiones a la isla Saona en la misma playa. El personal del hotel no tiene supervisión. Son amables , pero ineficientes. No hay limpieza profunda de áreas comunes, no son serviciales. Pero es una actitud generalizada en RD. Por lo que no culparía tanto al hotel. Sin embargo si hubiera mas supervisión, el hotel sería perfecto.

Había que pedir todo. No hay proactividad.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, ordenada y cómoda, y todo estaba muy bien cuidado. El desayuno también estuvo bien, con todo lo necesario. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Loreine, la recepcionista, quien fue muy amable. Fue una experiencia muy positiva y definitivamente recomiendo este hotel.

La stanza ampia e una discreta la colazione

Senza ascensore e senza facchinaggio, nessun aiuto a portare le pesanti valige al terzo piano . Il bagno poco pulito e senza asciugamani Nessun interruttore per la luce vicino al letto e nemmeno una lampada sul comodino per la notte Frigo bar con una piccola bottiglietta d’acqua Una sola presa per ricaricare il telefono in bagno
