I love everything in the property. It's quiet and clean. Plus there is a convenient store at the ground floor so you don't have to go far for some needs. The staff are very accomodating. We had a great staycation. Although I paid higher because I thought my friend is coming but she wasn't able to make it due to the demands of her work, but didn't regret it at all because my daughter and I love the place.
I was just sad that the hair dryer/blower wasn't working when it was one of my priority. But anyways it didn't ruin my overall experience. I still enjoyed my stay.

We loved the coziness of the room. Almost everything we need is already provided. The host was responsive to our queries. The check in and out process was also smooth. The building staff were also friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our whole stay.

This venue is close to Cebu IT park and it's easy to walk there to have some walk, visit the mall and have a dinner. The building itself is nice, there's a small pool too
The room is swarmed with insects and ants. This room feels very small, made me feel uncomfortable and even claustrophobic. There is no Wifi in the building, every morning at 8.30 am you're going to hear a guy collecing garbage ringing the bell and wont let you sleep. Sometimes you need to wait for the elevator for 3-5 minutes as there's a lot of people living in the building. Would not recommend this place at all
