Very good, very happy with the property.

Great facilities, clean, in fact this has to be the cleanest property i have stayed at in the UK. Some lovely interior items. Everything was there, pots, pans, dishwasher, washing machine, which was in an out building at the back. Lovely place & just a short walk to the city walls.

Just needed a little paint work & the upstairs bathroom sink and bath need some drain fluid to clear them.

A Perfect stay!

We have stayed in many different properties in York recently for work recently and this is by far the best one! The attention to detail with everything was very welcome and the house and the amenities were perfect for us. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.
