Location, 3 bedrooms, the towel rack.. Should let persons renting the unit know that the two bedrooms are downstairs.. Just as information.
Okay, not everyone likes vidoes on how to get keys. The code to the lock box and outside door could be in an email. We had issues with getting the videos. To find out the "host" had 400 apartments in the city and we could get in due to the code video issue, was difficult.
2 of the chairs were broken. the two small tub chairs.
If you have going to do videos for locks and doors, how about one for stoves, coffee maker. We are from Canada and did not understand the workings of either until WE downloaded a Youtube video.

Fabulous location! Close to the metro and some delicious street food right down the street. Also within walking distance to many major destinations. The neighbourhood is busy and hopping but the apartment was very quiet and peaceful. Great little packaged toiletries left in every room!
Was tricky to figure out the light switches and we couldn't turn off one of the kitchen lights without turning off the master switch. Maybe would be helpful to label light switches?

sistema de acendimento das luzaes, mau cheiro nos quartos inferiores, falta de detergente da máquina de lavar louças, podiam ter feito um agrado na receção, mais café por exemplo.

I gestori sono molto disponibili e gentili e la posizione è pratica per visitare la città.
L'appartamento era fornito di due ventilatori per il caldo. Ci sono due bagni, anche se uno privo di lavandino.
L'appartamento si trova al piano terra e il piano seminterrato odorava di muffa ed era molto umido nonostante i deumidificatori. L'appartamento è un po' piccolo per 7 persone, ma accettabile. Il mobilio era un po' trasandato e la pulizia non troppo accurata, anche se sufficiente.

"We loved that it is near Metro and very safe spot. We were welcomed with towels and it is big enough for 6 people. Cooking was very easy. And the fridge was very efficient."
