Bit of a let down

Host was helpful and amenable to our need to cancel. Neighbors in attached unit seemed friendly.

Setting/view seems to be greatly affected by deforestation in the area. host said it was a fire, but struck us more as intensive logging. Several barking dogs in attached unit. We couldn't stay due to the intense smell of mold.

Muito tranquila, ótima para recarregar as baterias...

A casa é sem dúvida sossegada, linda com.paredes rústicas de pedra. Adorei a varanda com uma vista maravilhosa. A churrasqueira é perfeita. A casa estava muito limpa e com um cheirinho muito agradável. Tem máquina de lavar louça o que deu imenso jeito. Aconselho, deixou saudades

Faltou alguns pormenores, não há máquina de lavar roupa, somos uma família de 5, não foi fácil. O frigorífico também é muito pequeno o que nos obrigou a ir várias vezes as compras.

NO PUDIMOS ALOJARNOS. LAMENTABLE

No pudimos quedarnos en el alojamiento. Llegamos el día 6 de agosto y el 29 de julio se había iniciado un incendio del que nadie nos avisó que llegó hasta las lindes de la casa. Cuando llegamos al lugar fue desolador. La casa recalentada era imposible habitar en ella. Olor a humo insoportable, todavía se veían columnas de humo a lo lejos dando una sensación total de inseguridad, en la casa no se podía estar del calor, solo un ventilador, y los alrededores imposible de pasear y salir. Nadie nos avisó. Cuando hacemos la reclamación los anfitriones solo contestan a través de IA y lo único que dicen es que la casa es habitable. Totalmente inaceptable. No se podía estar, todo quemado, calor insoportable. No pudimos quedarnos y nos tuvimos que ir a otro lugar lo que nos supuso un gran trastorno. Desde luego a los anfitriones solo les mueve su propio beneficio, ante una situación así no entiendo como pueden ser tan egoistas, es una causa de fuerza mayor. Jugaron con nuestra ilusión, descanso y vacaciones bien merecidas. Desde luego una total falta de profesionalidad y humanidad. Pésimo todo. No han tenido ni el detalle de hacer el reembolso, ni al menos de una cantidad lógica. Solo palabras repetidas por la IA. Lamentable. No lo recomiendo para nada, a la mínima los anfitriones van a lavarse las manos, ya lo han demostrado ante una situación de alarma. Los pasaje de Paiva cerrados por seguridad y ellos haciendo caso omiso permiten que vayan huéspedes a su alojamiento únicamente por egoismo y lucro económico. Cero humanidad y cero hospitalidad.

A casa é sem dúvida sossegada, linda com.paredes rústicas de pedra. Adorei a varanda com uma vista maravilhosa. A churrasqueira é perfeita. A casa estava muito limpa e com um cheirinho muito agradável. Tem máquina de lavar louça o que deu imenso jeito. Aconselho, deixou saudades

Faltou alguns pormenores, não há máquina de lavar roupa, somos uma família de 5, não foi fácil. O frigorífico também é muito pequeno o que nos obrigou a ir várias vezes as compras.
