Appartements spacieux.
Equipements corrects.
Absence total de personnel pour nous accueillir lors de notre arrivée dans l'établissement. Impossible de joindre quelqu'un par téléphone. Nous avons du patienter 1/2 heure avant d'enfin recevoir un mail nous donnant les informations (numéros d'appartement et code d'accès aux boites à clé).
Nous avions réservés pour 16 personnes hors 4 personnes ont du dormir sur le sol sur des matelas d'appoints....
