-Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert über Schlüsselbox.

-Parkplätze an der Straße sind etwas begrenzt,aber das kann man dem Anbieter ja nicht ankreiden.

Wunderbar, genau wie vom Vermieter beschrieben

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum....die Lage perfekt, Bus vor der Tür, einkaufen in 4min zu Fuß, Café gegenüber und spazieren an der Promenade perfekt.... In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Alles sehr sauber und sie Betten top. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, sowie die ganze Umgebung.

Weserblick

Wir konnten an der Weser spazieren gehen und sie aus mehreren Zimmern sehen.

Die Möbel waren zwar sehr modisch, aber zum Teil nicht so praktisch von der Nutzung her, z.B. war das Badezimmer sehr groß und sehr elegant, aber es fehlte ein Duschvorhang. So wurde alles beim Duschen nass.

Nur die Einrichtung und das es direkt an der Weser ist

Es war nicht Sauber, wir konnten die zwei Nächte fast nicht schlafen, weil es so unhygienisch war und unangenehm gerochen hat. Sowie Staub und Spinnweben. Fenster und Spiegeln voll verschmiert mit Flecken. Mir wäre es unangenehm sowas zu vermieten.

SuperLage und super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung an der Weser, in der Nähe Restaurants, Eisdiele Kiosk, etc.. netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.
