We stayed for one night and would have been very happy to stay longer. We were upgraded (to a sea view) which we really appreciated. The owners are helpful and friendly (as are the staff) and very much 'hands on'. The room was spacious, very clean, fitted out to a very high standard, and very well maintained. Similarly, the breakfast was exceptionally good. The bed was the most comfortable of our six weeks of travel in South Africa. It was easy to find and the secure parking and compound made us feel very safe.
Nothing in real terms other than we stayed in September (when it was cold, wet and miserable) and coming from an equitorial country found the room a bit chilly, even with the heaters on. If I imagine the room, balcony and garden in the summer sunshine, it would take them to another level.
