Очень пожалела, что выбрала эти апартаменты, в Сантьяго так много апартаментов, надо было выбрать любые другие.
Номера хорошие, вопросов нет, не идеально чисто, на вытяжку смотреть страшно, но в целом все хорошо.
А теперь к минусам:
1. Район не очень, лучше селиться в районах восточнее.
2. Это точно самое худшее заселение за всю мою жизнь, хотя я достаточно много путешествую.
Забронировала жилье на букинге, обычно этого достаточно, чтобы приехать, показать паспорт и заселиться. В случае с этим апарт отелем этого мало. Мне начали писать «напишите нам на вотсап, отправьте паспорт», уже странно, ведь обычно все хозяева сами связываются по вотсапу, если им надо, а не пишут по 10 раз на букинге «напишите на вотсап». Я попросила их написать мне, так как у меня редко была связь (номер они высылали не ссылкой, то есть надо его сохранить и потом уже писать), на что мне сказали, что они не могут и пишите сами. На этот моменте мне уже хотелось отменить бронирование, но оно невозвратное, к сожалению. Паспорт я отправила, конечно, но прям перед прибытием оказалось, что им нужны были только цифры (кто бы знал, они в сообщении ничего не написали), а не фотография и переписать самим цифры они не могут.
Перед заселением я спросила могу ли я выселиться позже, так как у меня поздний вылет. Мне ответили кучей вопросов, как будто я задаю странный вопрос. Затем ответили что-то на ломаном Английском, из этого сообщения было невозможно ничего понять. На этом моменте хоть у меня испанский не самый хороший, я попросила писать мне на испанском, потому что переводчиком их менеджер явно пользуется с трудом.
В итоге на испанском мне ответили, что они не отель, позднего выезда нет и вообще надо было раньше думать и бронировать на одну ночь больше. Оставить вещи у них тоже конечно же нельзя, ведь они не отель. И вообще у них много работы, мало сотрудников и сейчас праздники, так что почему я задаю странные вопросы.
Я совершенно спокойно отношусь к тому, что нам не разрешили остаться к номере подольше или что негде оставить вещи. Но сама манера общения менеджера меня сильно удивляет, абсолютная не клиентоориентированность.
Я наделась, что на этом наш диалог закончился, но это не так.
