Appartement is goed gelegen en proper. De mat onder de salontafel is vuil.
Het appartement ligt op het gelijkvloers en aan de straatkant. Het was vroeger wellicht een winkel. Daardoor heb je veel lawaai van de straat, temeer omdat verkeerslichten vlakbij zijn en het een soort van doorgangsweg vormt. Van de vaatwasser kan je enkel het bovenste deel gebruiken. Hij kan niet volledig open omdat er een paal in de weg staat. De sofa is goed maar het sofabed dat erin zit, is niet comfortabel. De matras is te dun en is vervormd. Het licht van de gang schijnt de hele nacht door de glazen voordeur zodat de kamer niet wordt verduisterd. Er zijn 4 vuilnisbakken maar geen info hoe je moet sorteren en waar wat in moet. De schoonmaakkosten van €85 maken het verblijf extra duur.

Super Lage, U-Bahn 4 min. Und in 20 min am Louvre, tolle Boulangerie in 1 min.
Schlafzimmer sehr gemütlich
Sehr toll eingerichtet und renoviert
Im Allgemeinen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Geschirrspüler hat nicht funktioniert
Schlafsofa ist nur halb gemütlich und das Wohnzimmer ist recht hell und unruhig

Appreciative of the effort to provide 2 portable heaters after knowing that the living room had draft of cold wind from the glass door behind the blinds.
Overall the apartment was decent, toilets were clean and shower area had heater.
Only thing is the room is on the first floor, we could hear traffic and also there were draft of cold wind coming through the glass door beihnd the blinds in the living room. As we booked this for 4 pax (there was only 1 room with bed, and 1 sofa bed in the living room), those sleeping on the sofa bed were feeling very cold - until they provided portable heaters which solved half the problem.
