The host was very kind and friendly. He contacted us every day to check in and ask how we were doing. The location of the house is great. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all very close by. The main tourist attractions are within a 15-minute walking distance. Having air conditioning and a TV in every room was also a great convenience.
We had informed the host in advance that we would arrive at around 1:00–2:00 AM. He asked us to message him 15 minutes before we arrived, which we did. We had always communicated through WhatsApp. I messaged him 15 minutes before our arrival, but he didn’t respond. I sent another message 8 minutes before arriving, but still received no response. When we arrived at the house, I tried calling him on WhatsApp, but he didn’t answer.
I only had a mobile internet connection, so I had to ask people nearby to help us make a regular phone call. Eventually, he answered, but we spent about 15 minutes standing outside at night not knowing what to do. He had fallen asleep. Of course, this can happen and it is understandable, but after a tiring flight and at that time of night, it was quite frustrating.
Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We were two adults staying for four nights, so it would have been helpful to have some extra.
There was no coffee or tea available. This is certainly not something that is required, but having a small amount available would be a nice touch and would make guests feel more welcome.
One more small suggestion: it would be useful to have a large kitchen knife. Cutting a watermelon with the small fruit knife was quite a challenge! 😊

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 10 al 16 agosto e possiamo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero impeccabile. L’appartamento è ancora più bello dal vivo che nelle foto!
Pulizia perfetta, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli e ogni cosa perfettamente funzionante. È moderno, completamente ristrutturato e molto elegante. I letti sono comodissimi e, nonostante la posizione centrale, l’appartamento è molto silenzioso. Ogni stanza è dotata di aria condizionata e in bagno c’è anche un ottimo sistema di areazione.
La posizione è comodissima: in circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Piazza Skanderbeg e proprio sotto casa c’è un supermercato molto fornito. A pochi passi si trovano forni, bar, tabaccherie, cartolerie e negozi di ogni genere. L’accesso con card rende tutto ancora più moderno e sicuro. Anche il palazzo è nuovissimo, con ascensore e personale presente all’ingresso.
Una nota speciale va al proprietario, Ermal, una persona davvero cordiale, disponibile e attenta. Fin dal primo giorno si è preoccupato di sapere come stessimo e se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. Al nostro arrivo ci ha dedicato tempo, fornendoci tutte le indicazioni utili per vivere al meglio la città e affrontare qualsiasi evenienza.
Anche alla partenza si è occupato di organizzarci il taxi per l’aeroporto, arrivato puntualissimo e a un prezzo davvero ottimo.
Un appartamento che merita 10 stelle… e anche di più! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Appartement spacieux et propre.

Siamo stati più di una settimana in questo appartamento spazioso, comodo e pulito in zona servitissima! Si trova tutto nelle vicinanze: fermate autobus, bar, ristoranti, farmacie, panifici, supermercati.. tutto nei dintorni
dell' appartamento, che è situato vicino alla pizza centrale di Tirana (10 Min a piedi).
I proprietari sono gentilissimi e simpatici e vi sapranno consigliare al meglio se è la prima volta che visitate la città. Ci torneremo sicuramente in primavera, per continuare a esplorare Tirana e i paesi limitrofi.
