Great location near Parliamanet House and South Canberra. Good layout in the apartment for 2 friends with bedrooms at each end of the apartment and the living area in the middle section. Modern interiors and kitchens facilities.
Would have like a bit more linen,e.g. handtowels and face clothes in both bathrooms. Would also have liked a few more kitchen supplies e.g. olive oil.

I like the size, high ceiling and location.
The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
* The floor was a little sticky.
* The 3-seater couch is old, badly stained and sunken. It should be replaced.
* The rug in the living room is old, badly stained and dirty. It should also be replaced.

An immaculate property with close proximity to Hotel Realm and located a short walk to places of interest such as Old Parliament House, the National Gallery and Questacon.

The location is perfect. It’s close to most things (cheap Uber trips or walking). The property is well equipped and it’s got a nice view.
Only a couple of things - I couldn’t find ‘live to air’ channels on the TV (but that could be just me!).
On reading the ‘how to’ instructions I was under the impression that there were two parking spaces. It turned out that there was only one available, the other was rented to someone else. So if you have two cars you will need to find alternative parking.
