Our family vacation at Amavi Kai was absolutely delightful. We had 19 in our party (ages 2 to 89). The many amenities offered something for everyone. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk was key to fun beach days and stunning sunset evenings. Andrew, our host, and Myra (property manager) were extremely helpful and responsive to all my inquiries. Their private chef recommendations were exceptional as were the many resources offered for planning convenient excursions from the house. It was the trip of a lifetime for our four-generation crew. A true paradise we hope to return to some day!

Staying at Amavi Kai was the absolute best choice for my parent’s 50th anniversary. You can’t beat the location, amenities, views, and accommodations. The home is beautiful and offers so much to do. The host was kind and responsive and our stay so memorable and relaxing.

This house was the ultimate family vacation rental. We had multiple families with young kids all gathered in the home. The living space is enormous. Even with many people under one roof it never felt crowded. Everyone can sit for dinner together. It comes with extensive storage for food, refrigeration, and freezer. There are multiple icemakers. There is not a single complaint after staying there eight nights. two outdoor grills, a Pickleball court, volleyball court and outside gym as well as a second inside gym. The kids enjoyed the arcade and air hockey table when it rained.The place lacks for nothing.

Our stay at AmaviKai was truly everything we dreamed of and more. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty, the space, and how perfectly it fit our big family. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated, while still being comfortable and welcoming.The home made it so easy to gather together—whether it was slow mornings, afternoons by the water, or evenings spent laughing and making memories. The views were unreal, and having such a peaceful, private place to come back to after our daily adventures made the trip even more special.It’s rare to find a place that lives up to the pictures… this one exceeded them. We’re already dreaming about coming back.
