About this villa rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in the village of Erquy, featuring sea views, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a swimming pool, hot tub and Wi-Fi. It has a floor area of 200 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a lovely garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made upon arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Four bedrooms with 2 double beds (140×190), 1 double sofa bed and 2 queen-size beds (160×200)
