Guests will have full access to all areas of the accommodation, including the two bedrooms, the shared space with the sofa bed, the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, and the dining area. Additionally, they can enjoy all the shared amenities within the complex, such as gardens, restaurant, bar, jacuzzis, pools, and pet friendly zones. Private parking is available for two vehicles, with security on site to guide you to your designated area.

Music must be kept at a moderate volume. No glassware in or around the pool. No piñatas. No bounce houses, slides, or inflatable games. Grills and barbecues are not allowed in the pool area, food must be prepared with the help of the kitchen assistant at their own expense. Common areas remain open to all residents, even during events. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We welcome one pet! Please let us know about your little companion in advance. An additional fee may apply. Please note that the building where the apartment is located is currently under construction until November. Work hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, and on weekends until 12 PM.
