The room was big, modern and comfortable. The robots serving food is an interesting idea. The breakfast is good and varied.
Difficult to find the hotel. Google maps is wrong about the address and it sent us to the wrong location. In addition, in China, Google maps doesn’t work even with VPN.

De fantastische service, ook het doen van de was, gereed binnen een uur! Was bij de service inbegrepen, hoe geweldig is dat.
Ze waren met de straat bezig, daardoor hoopte het verkeer voor de deur, auto’s, scooters, voetgangers nog weleens op maar daar kan het hotel zelf natuurlijk niets aan doen.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the service overall was excellent. We especially appreciated that we could request laundry service without any extra charge. There was also plenty of parking available, which made things very convenient.
The Wi-Fi connection in the room was unexpectedly weak and unreliable. Aside from that, everything else was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were customer friendly and ready to help resolve issues like Wi-Fi connectivity for foreigners. They provided a local phone to assist with the connectivity. Had to activate my roaming plan to ensure security. Great customer service.
