It’s a cozy little villa with a big wonderful sunny garden, a summer kitchen, an open air dining area and a grill.
The house is actually much cozier and nicer inside than on the photos. Matteo and his family use this place as their simmer residence so it really is kept very neat and clean.
The nice small sandy (wild) beach is about 2 minutes walking away and at the villa one can hear the sea very clearly. Walking to a nearest large beach (Pole Pole Beach) takes 16 min by feet or 4 min by car.
The bed is a large one (160-180 cm). Shower was good, aircon can cool and heat (we stayed during colder season so warming up the house a little bit was needed a couple of times). Wifi worked perfectly well.
Although the policy says check-in is until 18:00, Matteo had no problems meeting us at the villa at 21:30. He also prepared milk, water, coffee and even a chilled bottle of a good prosecco for us.
You have to keep in mind that at least during the off-season the next small supermarket is in Casalabate (the next town) and also there are no restaurants around where one could walk to. So having a car is a must.
An electric kettle could be a useful addition to the kitchen;) But other than that it’s fully equipped.

Perfect villa for a seaside holiday! The house is comfortable and well-equipped, with a spacious, green yard that’s entirely for guests disposal. The wild, beautiful coastline is just a 1-minute walk away. All amenities are available for guests, the host is kind and attentive. If you’re looking for a peaceful, private beach getaway at a great price - recommend this place for sure!
