The location is great. Condo was clean.
1. The condo needs a little updating. The furniture is pretty dated.
2. You can't check in until 4pm on the DOT. We had 3 issues with the condo that needed addressing right away (trip hazard on the master bedroom rug; metal piece stuck in a plug in the 2nd bathroom; toilet running constantly in master bathroom). I called management right away and was told that no one could help us until the next morning. I'm sorry, but if we can't check in a minute before 4pm, there needs to be maintenance available THAT day. That's completely inexcusable. I would not book through Avari based on that condition alone.
3. Condo needs new paint. The pantry door is especially in need of paint.
4. There was not a single clothes hanger in either bedroom closet.
