That I was charged $5 for parking. I thinmk that is BULL I have already paid for the room now you found a way to charge us more. Then the fact that I did not even have a car I was with a friend.

The majority of the staff are fabulous. They were kind and accommodating. They allowed me to have a late check-out, and I appreciated that very much. The room was very clean, as were the common areas.
The lady in charge of breakfast clearly doesn’t enjoy her job. I greeted her, I thanked her, and I received grunts at best. Breakfast sets the tone for the day. It’s probably not her dream job, but it’s her job. I didn’t love everything about my job, but I certainly didn’t let people know it. The more I thought about it, the more annoyed I was. The breakfast, itself, was OK. The mini omelettes were cold. There were only two there, and they weren’t replenished while I was in there.
The only other thing I didn’t care for was being charged to park on basic parking lot. Nothing fancy, no valet…just a parking pad. Seriously?

New and very clean
Just one chair in room and no microwave and only mirror was in bathroom . Had to pay parking fee twice.

Breakfast was awful. Literally couldn’t eat it.
Room had dead bugs and had a smell of mildew. The bugs were not roaches or bed bugs. They were more like rolly pollys but yeah had like five of them. No cabinets. Very small. Bed squeaks and you can hear people laughing and conversing in their rooms.
