Great location, nice and quiet place, ~10 minutes walking to the bus/tram/subway station.
Even when it was hot outside - just open windows on both sides and you have a fresh breeze.
Nothing major: a bit creaky bed, no shampoo/gel at the shower. Someone may not like a steep and tight stairs to the top floor, but IMHO not a big deal.
And formally it's right outside of the Paris city, so you can't tell people you've had a stay in Paris ;)

Le logement était à cinq minutes du parc des expos. Le quartier était calme. Le logement était très propre et le lit vraiment confortable. Il était proche des transports et des commerces.
Nous n'avons rien compris au système de synchronisation de la télécommande avec sa box TV. Il était difficile de faire la vaisselle sans le bouchon de l'évier.

L’emplacement est très bien, instructions claires du propriétaire, du bon wifi et il y a une smart tv dans la chambre.
L’appartement n’était malheureusement pas propre, il y a avait beaucoup de poussière, les draps avaient une odeur (donc pas été lavé).
Il manque les instructions concernant le chauffage car j’ai eu relativement froid.

Proche du parc des expositions.
Lit confortable.
Appartement non chauffé, j'ai eu froid.
Pas de café, même soluble.
Au dernier étage (5e étage).
Immeuble un peu vétuste.
Les voisins ont mis de la musique, on entend tout.
Pas très chaleureux ni confortable, le strict minimum.
Décevant au global.
