The location. Load music from the club across the street, exposed trash containers, no enough parking.

Over all it was clean
Noisy, bad location, unpleasant smell even after they cleaned.
It smelled like a home even after the cleaned. Towels were like sandpaper when you tried to dry off after a shower. The price was ridiculously high. Almost three hundred dollars for one night.
