Estudio tranquilo y discreto

Lugar tranquilo. La habitación es grande y luminosa. Abundancia de toallas, algo importante en un lugar de playa. Muy buena limpieza. Un poco alejado del bullicio y muy discreto. Justo lo que buscaba.

Tiene utensilios de cocina, pero no había cubiertos... El aire acondicionado es algo ruidoso. Difícil solución.

Zgodnie z opisem w ofercie, zarezerwowany pokój miał być wyposażony w: • ręczniki, • balkon, • sypialnię, • łazienkę, • salon. Niestety, po przyjeździe na miejsce okazało się, że pokój nie spełniał tych wymagań. Brakowało podstawowego wyposażenia, co natychmiast zgłosiliśmy obsłudze hotelu. Następnego dnia przydzielono nam inny pokój, jednak okazał się on znacznie mniejszy, a tzw. “balkon” był w rzeczywistości korytarzem przechodnim prowadzącym do naszego poprzedniego pokoju. Dodatkowo, w nowym pokoju napotkaliśmy następujące problemy: • Zamek w drzwiach był uszkodzony, co również zgłosiliśmy recepcji. W odpowiedzi poinformowano nas, że w razie problemów powinniśmy skorzystać z płatnego sejfu, co w mojej opinii było nieadekwatnym rozwiązaniem problemu z bezpieczeństwem. Po naprawieniu zamka, obsługa weszła do naszego pokoju bez naszej zgody i odłożyła nasze rzeczy, co uważam za nieakceptowalne. • Klamka do łazienki była zepsuta, a drzwi do łazienki nie zamykały się do końca, co utrudniało korzystanie z niej. • Zasłony były brudne i wydzielały nieprzyjemny zapach, co było bardzo niekomfortowe. • Po powrocie do pokoju po całym dniu zauważyliśmy, że zasłony zostały odsłonięte, co sugeruje, że ktoś bez naszej zgody wszedł do pokoju. Dodatkowo, przy przeprowadzce do innego pokoju, pracownica hotelu przenosiła nasze rzeczy bez pytania, chcąc zaoszczędzić czas, co również uważam za naruszenie naszej prywatności. Pokój nie spełniał standardów, jakie były opisane na platformie Booking.com. Z powodu niespełnienia warunków rezerwacji, a także niewłaściwej reakcji obsługi hotelu
