We loved our stay at Angel's Yard - it was perfect for our family with 2 kids (aged 9 and 11). Ideal location, close to lots of places to eat and walking distance to the main sites. Only a short metro or bus ride from the main train and bus stations. The apartment has everything we needed, we appreciated the air conditioning and made use of the washing machine.

The host had someone meet us to give us key and show us how to use security locks.
Location - 2min from Ermou St shopping and Monastiraki square. Lots of cafes to get coffee and spanakopita. Overall, quiet. Do not be put off by the graffiti or steel roller doors. There was a key to enter building, a key to enter the floor and a key to the room. Felt very safe. Elevator worked great.
Apt - huge! Kitchen (didn't use), beautify bathroom, good water pressure, hot water, lots of power outlets, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Lots of space for luggage. Terrace huge. Very clean.
Host - attentive, quick responses

There should be an automatic light when entering lobby as we walked in the dark. Couldn't see a light switch.
Hair dryer worked but took forever to dry hair. Should get a better one.
Considering it is a full apt, you should provide a laundry washer and dryer racks (otherwise would have given a rating of 10)
No instructions on where to dispose of bathroom garbage bags daily as it smelled because you can't put toilet paper down toilet. Or where there were new bags.

La ubicación, la limpieza y las instalaciones del apartamento.
Para empezar el poco trato de persona a persona por parte del anfitrión, prácticamente nulo, en todo momento tuvimos que ser nosotros los que mandáramos mensajes y mails, a los que no nos contestaba. El apartamento está bien ubicado, pero cuando entras al portal hace un calor espantoso debido a que hay unos respiraderos, creo que del metro y la verdad no es agradable. Otra cosa que no nos gustó es que por la noche a partir de las 10:30 la puerta de abajo se cierra con llave y encima hay una persiana metálica con motor que también la bajan, no me ha dado ninguna seguridad el saber que si pasa algo y tenemos que salir corriendo estamos como en una jaula. El aparato del aire hace mucho ruido, por las noches mucho ruido en las calle.
