Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen is well equipped for proper cooking, and there are several air-conditioning units, so the different rooms can be cooled effectively. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very quiet, away from road noise. Communication with Matilde was easy and friendly, and she checked that everything was comfortable during our stay. Having a private garage was a major advantage.
Excellent location, about a 5-minute walk from the historic centre, with a large supermarket and other useful shops nearby. The main sights are easily reachable on foot.
The apartment is on an upper floor without a lift, which is worth keeping in mind if you have heavy luggage. This is clearly stated in the listing.

we met Matilda outside the entrance to the parking lot behind the building. She showed us how all the keys worked and accompanied us to the apartmentment and explained how the locks work.
The kitchen was very well appointed.
wash cloths a plus
AC in second bedroom did not work well
Apartment is on 4th floor (5 actually) without elevator. I am sure it was stated somewhere in the property description, but needs to be in a more prominant place.
a short guide in english as to how the appliances work would be helpful
more ice cube trays in freezer a must for summer travel

Davvero tutto:
- posizione: centralissima
- host: Matilde super disponibile e molto chiara, cordiale, tempestiva nelle comunicazioni. Super host!
- casa: siamo stati in 5 davvero comodi visto che la casa aveva due camere e due bagni. Molto apprezzato anche il kit di benvenuto con acqua, dolci per la colazione e caffè.
