Apartment was clean and tidy.The owners were brilliant. couldn't do enough for us, they kept in touch over the weekend making sure everything was ok.Also as it's an apartment block, there was a lift which was brilliant as myself and one of my daughters are disabled.Also being in the town was great to go and do shopping.Looking to come back to this apartment or to another that she owns next year to visit family.

Repeat booking - rooms and facilities are nice up to a decent specification.
1. TV still outdated and wouldnt connect up to wifi all night. Owner should replace this to avoid issues.
2. Multiple wifi / router points - none working and outside SA so not able to fix myself and management company were too far away and didnt want to travel
3. Management company taken over since first booking - unhelpful and at one point threaten to cancel my booking just before we arrived. Poor customer service, couldnt resolve wifi and tv issues and even tried to put blame on us. My children were deeply upset and we went to bed early instead enjoying our holiday break..
