Soggiornare a Varanasi significa immergersi in un contesto affascinante, ma anche molto complesso e, sotto il profilo sociale e igienico, piuttosto deteriorato. Proprio per questo, arrivando in città, non avevamo grandi aspettative riguardo alla qualità dell’hotel e dei suoi servizi.
E invece siamo stati felicemente sorpresi.
Pulizia davvero eccezionale, servizi di ottimo livello e soprattutto un grande senso del dovere e dell’attenzione verso l’ospite. Letti eccellenti e una doccia super: dopo le giornate trascorse in città, è stato davvero un piacere rientrare in hotel.
Una nota di merito particolare anche per l’early check-in: per noi era indispensabile e, pur non essendo previsto, abbiamo trovato grande disponibilità nel venirci incontro, accordandoci per una cifra davvero irrisoria. Un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo.
Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da migliorare, direi la varietà della colazione, che potrebbe essere un po’ più ampia. Ma è davvero un dettaglio che possiamo tranquillamente tralasciare.
Ultimo aggiungerei posizione centrale, con 400 rupie arrivi sul Gange tramite un Grab. Eviterei qui i tuk-tuk.

The staff were utterly friendly and very helpful. They took care of things.
It was a fine hotel eccept the noise around and in the hotel was unbearable. Overnight delivery of clothing in the Shop downstairs. Very poor sound insulation.

Right from entry to check out everything was beyond expectation. Very helpful hotel staff. Stayed in FOUR bed bedroom. Very delicious food in the restaurant. Cleanliness was top notch.
Everything was perfect. I am satisfied.
