J'adore Leipzig que je connais bien, j'y viens souvent, MAIS PLUS JAMAIS ICI
Au premier abord, tout va bien ! L’appartement n’est pas dans une rue très fréquentée, il n’y a pas d’arrêts de bus ni de tram dans les environs. Il n’est pas très accueillant quand on y entre mais il est grand…
MAIS : le ménage n’a pas été fait correctement depuis très longtemps. De la poussière, des toiles d’araignée et de la saleté en tous genres dans les coins, au plafond… la chambre est limite insalubre. Je n’ai pas pu y dormir car le store est cassé, il ne cache rien de la lumière de la route, retombe sur le rebord de la fenêtre et on peut y voir de dehors ce qui se passe à l’intérieur. De plus, on a l’impression de dormir sous les lampadaires de la rue. Même chose pour le salon où j’ai dû ouvrir le canapé pour y dormir dès la première nuit. Quand on a des pièces de vie exposées comme cela qui donnent sur la rue, il faut veiller à avoir des volets ou des stores qui assombrissent vraiment.
La foule de fleurs/plantes artificielles disséminées dans le salon et la salle de bain ne rajoutent rien en termes de charme, ce ne sont que des nids à poussière supplémentaires. Personnellement, j’ai ça en horreur, mais on peut aimer…
La cuisine n’a pas vu un bon entretien depuis très longtemps, les plaques de cuisson (dont je ne me suis pas servi) sont crasseuses. Au toucher, toutes les portes de placard sont poisseuses. Il manque une paire de ciseaux… entre autres… ouvrir un paquet de café s’est avéré pas si simple que ça avec un gros couteau de cuisine. Je me suis servi de la machine à café, plutôt antique, elle-aussi…
La salle de bain est la plus belle pièce de l’appartement, si l’on ne regarde pas derrière le WC et la machine à laver… des cm s’y accumulent.
Quand je suis arrivée, il y avait le linge du client précédent dans le sèche-linge oublié par la femme de ménage qui n’a pas l’air de faire grand-chose dans l’appartement à part changer les draps et les serviette.
La porte-fenêtre de la cuisine qui donne sur le petit balcon (qui pourrait être agréable en été) mérite d’être sécurisée ! C’est très facile de monter sur le balcon de dehors. Un volet ne serait pas de trop.
Bref : en aucun cas, les trois étoiles accordées à cet appartement ne sont justifiées !!!
