It’s really chill and peaceful in there.
I could hear the other guests all night either setting their smoke detectors off or listening to music.

To be quite honest and transparent, I did not like the neighbor at all anytime there was talking or walking around. She was banging on the walls, very disrespectful and interrupted my family time. She also came over and asked us to calm down. The talking TV was not on there was no music playing and we were talking as quiet as possible trying to have a very quiet family game night and 1705 came over to interrupt that and tell us to be quiet in a very rude way.

The location was really good and only ~10 minutes away from downtown Portland, as well as close to everywhere else I needed or wanted to go. It was easy to find. It was also fairly quiet outside, especially for a weekend. Not sure why some reviews said it was very loud at night. Nice, big fridge for leftovers. I was able to bring my dog.
The stairs were not disclosed until AFTER booking and I have a temporary disability due to an injury. The bed was the most UNCOMORTABLE bed I have ever slept in for travel. The bedframe is really loud and creaky. The light in the bathroom has a timer that only goes up to an hour, which was so weird. If you're in there for longer than an hour, have fun. There is also no way to have the bathroom light on without the fan. The building is VERY OLD they are not exaggerating about the old bones. The "work station" is just the VERY TINY table they squeezed into the kitchen. There was no couch or seating except for an area by the window, which you could tell used to be storage, but they painted or glued it shut. IDK why as there is no dressers to store anything and a very small closet, so it would have made sense to allow people to stow luggage there. There is also no full length mirror, so forget getting ready here. The only mirror is in the bathroom and if you're petite, you're going to have a bad time. They also only left TWO towels total for TWO people for TWO nights. So my partner and I each had only one towel for the entire 2 night stay. I have never stayed anywhere where there wasn't two towels per person per NIGHT, so that was wild. I guess I could have washed them if I wanted to fall down to the basement and pay to wash them... OH and there is no parking there... there is FREE STREET PARKING and it is crowded AF. The listings (imo) did not adequately disclose this. It was REALLY EXPENSIVE for the quality. If I didn't need to book something so last minute due to my other dog dying, I would have booked literally anywhere else.
