スタッフの方々が親切な人が多く、下手な韓国語での質問にも良く聞いてくれて教えてくれました😭 ３泊しましたが頼んだら部屋の掃除もしてくれる様です。 今回は掃除は頼まず、タオル等をフロントに伝えると毎回新しい物を出して頂けました♪ ウェルカムドリンク等も置いてあり、良かったです。 シャワーと洗面、トイレの間に仕切りがあったのが良かったです。 デリバリーも配達可能で、部屋でゆっくり食べられました🙌🏻

The hotel is in a great location, close to both the bus and metro stations. There are plenty of restaurants and small grocery stores nearby, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing in several ways. The hotel was extremely noisy at night, possibly due to the bathroom plumbing. The noise was so loud that it was difficult to sleep, even with the bathroom door closed. The room was a decent size, but it was overcrowded with furniture, leaving very little space to move around. The bed frame also had awkwardly positioned corners and edges, and I hurt my legs several times while walking around the room because there wasn't enough space. We arrived around 2 pm and immediately went out to explore the city. The receptionist told us that our room would have been cleaned if we had left, but when we returned at around 8 pm, the room was still dirty, with stains on the bathroom floor. Thankfully, the room was cleaned on the following days. We stayed for four nights, and on our departure day, we needed to check out at 8 am. Surprisingly, nobody was at reception, which I found very strange. I left the key card there and sent the hotel an email, but I never received a reply. Communication was also difficult throughout our stay, as the staff spoke very little English. Overall, the location is the hotel's main advantage, but the noise, lack of space, initial housekeeping issues, and poor communication made our stay less comfortable than expected .the hotel is very overpriced.
