The hosts were polite and accommodating. The space was in great condition, comfortable and with all the amenities necessary. The hosts also asked if there was anything missing they could arrange it (we forgot to ask for a kettle but I'm sure if you ask they will get you one). There were quite a few spider webs and spiders, but this is a semi-rural area next to a lake so it's understandable, otherwise the place was clean and tidy. It was a really comfortable place clearly recently built/renovated with all you need. We had a great stay!
We had to pick up the keys at a different location. We were also requested to go to a different location to pay the city tax and to drop off the keys. However, when we explained we didn't have a car they were super accommodating, gave us alternative payment methods, met us at the location etc. The only downside of this apartment is that you cannot control the heating, they offered to change the temp but of course it's not ideal that you cannot do it yourself and need to ask the hosts to change it for you if/when you are too hot or cold. Not a deal breaker, trust me, it's a very comfortable place.
