We found the requirement to pay $300 Security in advance and having to wait up to 10 days before the money would be back in our account ludicrous. Other hotels, apartments etc may use access to your account to pay for extras ,damage etc
but not have $300 of our account in your account for the length of our stay plus prepay requirements and refund delays etc.. Totally wrong!! Also amazed at statement of $150 cleaning fee for stay. Our stay for 2 days by 2 people who left the property in an absolutely clean state would have required 15 mins of tidying, sweeping etc at most. are we subsidising longer term stays by corporate/ contract people who would obviously incur possible continual and significant cleaning?
Just a thought. Never saw any reception staff during our stay even though our hairdryer had to be replaced due broken next morning after arrival , and was resolved by a cleaner on site asked by remote Manager to replace.

It was clean fresh and very modern had everything you needed
The aircon didn’t work
The TV didn’t work tried calling the owner multiple times to help fix the problem to no avail
And after multiple messages to ask for deposit back we finally got it back yesterday (6 weeks later)
