⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic stay!
This accommodation was an amazing find and easily one of the best parts of our trip. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything and within walking distance of the main attractions, such as the Louvre, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring so convenient. The Eiffel Tower also not far away and a great walk if you want to explore the City.
The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was excellent value for money and definitely worth every cent. The host Julian were welcoming and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out.
I would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. If you’re looking for a place that’s perfectly located and well worth booking, this is it! We’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. The location was absolutely perfect, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby, and the Louvre practically just around the corner. We visited during an exceptional heat, with temperatures reaching 37°C, but surprisingly, the room never got uncomfortably warm. Being on the ground floor, facing a quiet courtyard, and having shutters made a huge difference. Although there was no air conditioning, a fan was provided and kept the room pleasantly comfortable.
The sink tended to get clogged, but this is something that can easily be fixed.

Location, Location, Location!!!Safety and clean!!
The sofa bed needs immediate change!
Towels were very small and not very clean.Toilet paper wasnt quite enough for the days of our staying.
And the employee never answered us about the possibility of leaving our luggage for a few hours..Very sad!
Also there are no comments about the apartments location regarding the floor..
And the last think, getting in the entrance of the building there was a bad mould smell from somewhere...
