The hotel’s magical landscape and beautiful surroundings were definitely one of the highlights of our experience.
Our main disappointment was the breakfast. Considering the very high price and the hotel’s five star rating, the selection was quite limited and in our opinion, closer to what we would expect from a three or four star hotel. The breakfast staff were also not particularly warm or attentive.
Regarding the villa was comfortable and lovely although that having a small sink or kitchenette would have been very useful.

Almost everything was excellent, really comfortable, spacious and pleasant. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful.
Location was a bit far from main attractions on the island and required taxi transfer which is quite expensive. Some of the staff members from the restaurant could be more experienced and friendly.

La colazione è basica però per quanto mi riguarda soddisfacente. Il personale molto cortese. La stanza, una suite con piscina idromassaggio privata sul terrazzo, era dotata di ogni confort, tutto nuovo pulito e profumato. Ampi spazi. Arredata con gusto.
Immaginavo di trovare il bidet perché era elencato tra i servizi, in realtà c’era solo un doccino vicino al water per di più non funzionante. La colazione potrebbe essere arricchita, inoltre non c’era alcuna indicazione sugli allergeni, né angoli dedicati ai celiaci o vegani. Trattandosi di una struttura 5 stelle con prezzi non contenuti, sono aspetti importanti. Obbligatorio essere dotato di scooter o auto perché la struttura è in una zona decentrata.
