Posizione tranquilla ma comunque vicina a fermate autobus e metro. Alloggio spazioso e luminoso.

Vasca esterna fantastica!
Odore molto forte di muffa.

Great location, you can be one of the earliest visitors for kiyomizudera, avoiding the crowds by waking up at 7am and just walking 5 minutes.
The rooms, facilities and everything was great overall, with clean rooms and beds. Will definitely rebook again if i visit Kyoto
The only con is that the nearest train station is around a 10-15minute walk, and buses dont allow large luggages on board.
Its advisable to book a taxi or uber to matsutani for your arrival and departure to the accommodation.
