The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were helpful.
There was no heating or hot water in the very cold room. I asked the receptionist for a heater but no heater appeared. It was so cold we had to sleep in our clothes. I think this was the coldest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Also, there was no breakfast available.
