I liked the location, the friendly staff, and how convenient it was.
I didn’t like the stupid neighbors who kept talking late at night. Also, there were two deaf and mute tourists who kept leaving the door wide open, apparently not realizing that it needed to be closed so mosquitoes wouldn’t get in and so we wouldn’t hear all the conversations going on at night.

The location is great! You are at heart of Fira and few minutes away from the bus station.
The room was clean and the balcony was the highlight of it.
The lockers are big enough to put your cabin luggage and a backpack. You have a good AC in the rooms. Also the staff is very helpful.
More plugs needed for the room.
There might be a bit more privacy among the beds.
Do not expect a normal pool, it is a very small one. However, it shouldn't be a big deal.
