A localização é boa e o contato com a anfitriã também.

Sobre as instalações, o apartamento oferece um nível razoável de conforto e, de modo geral, a limpeza é boa. A limpeza do banheiro, porém, deixou a desejar. Não há box, apenas uma cortina de plástico que, no momento da minha chegada, estava com bastante pelos, dando a impressão de que não havia sido devidamente higienizada, a taxa de limpeza cobrada acaba sendo alta para o que encontrei na estadia. O prédio é um residencial antigo, onde os moradores vivem permanentemente, e há regras bastante rigorosas em relação ao horário de silêncio. Considero isso compreensível, justamente por se tratar de um edifício residencial. O que considero inadequado, no entanto, foi a forma como essa regra foi conduzida. Eu estava dormindo quando, por volta das 2h da manhã, um dos porteiros bateu na porta do apartamento, sem qualquer contato prévio ou tentativa de comunicação pela portaria. Naturalmente, não abri a porta. Liguei para a portaria para entender o que estava acontecendo e fui informada de que alguém havia entrado em contato relatando ter ouvido barulho vindo do apartamento. Ocorre que eu estava dormindo naquele momento, portanto, certamente não se tratava de um barulho provocado por mim. A situação me causou bastante desconforto e insegurança. Entendo a necessidade de respeitar as regras de convivência do condomínio, mas acredito que a abordagem adotada foi inadequada, especialmente com uma hóspede que estava temporariamente no local. Uma simples ligação para o apartamento ou uma comunicação prévia pela portaria teria sido uma maneira muito mais adequada e respeitosa de conduzir a situação. Infelizmente, saio da hospedagem com a sensação de ter sido desrespeitada e, principalmente, insegura. Por esse motivo, não voltaria a me hospedar no local.
